Virtual Performance Package

$400

  • Personalized written instructions for your group, detailing recording & submission process

  • A virtual performance video of your group, with up to 50 participants, with a duration up to 5 minutes

  • If you’d like to include more than 50 submissions, there is an additional charge of $5 per submission

  • If your video is more than 5 minutes, there is an additional prorated charge of $50 per minute

  • Minimal animation, including entrances/exits or highlighting soloists

  • Basic audio mixing & mastering

  • Delivery of HD video files and free video hosting

Virtual Performance Premium Package

$750

  • 1-hour virtual pre-production meeting

    • Including opportunities for you to share your vision for the final product

  • Personalized written instructions for your group, detailing recording & submission process

  • A virtual performance video of your group, with up to 50 submission, and up to 5 minutes in length

    • If you’d like to include more than 50 participants, there is an additional charge of $10 per submission

    • If your video is more than 5 minutes, there is an additional prorated charge of $100 per minute

  • Opportunities for animation throughout the video

  • Advanced audio mixing & mastering included (up to $150 value)

  • Delivery of HD video files and free video hosting

  • 1 round of edits post-delivery

    • Our Video Editor will join your group’s meeting to give a detailed 30-minute presentation on the in’s and out’s of self-taping and video submission, including a group Q&A.

    • Personalized written instructions for your group detailing recording & submission process will also be provided

  • A unique video concept & design, including custom animation and graphics

  • Advanced audio mixing & mastering included

  • Delivery of HD video files and free video hosting

  • Up to 2 rounds of edits post-delivery

Package Add-Ons

  • Advanced audio mixing & mastering – $3 per submission, minimum of $99

    • Just because your group is apart doesn’t mean they can’t sound united! Our in-house audio engineer will tear down those walls to balance and EQ your group.

  • Audio Track Cueing – $50

    • Your own personal conductor, right in your ears! Our Music Supervisor will enhance your provided track with cues on when to sing and cutoff to ensure maximum group cohesion.

  • Vocal Guide Track – $150

    • Our Music Supervisor will provide male and female voices to sing your arrangement and create a mastered demo track for your participants to perform with.
